Infertility Assessment

Infertility is defined by the inability for a couple to conceive after having frequent intercourse without contraception for 12 months duration. The evaluation of infertility minimally requires assessment of the women’s ovulation status, her uterus, the patency of her fallopian tubes (whether the tubes are open) and at times semen analysis of her partner. An infertility evaluation can be started at our office and we are happy to coordinate care with a reproductive endocrinologist should further evaluation or evaluation of male factor infertility become necessary.
