Do you see patients outside of Memphis?

Yes. While our office is located in Memphis, we regularly see patients from Germantown, Bartlett, and other communities throughout the Mid-South. If you're not sure whether you're in our service area, give us a call and we'll let you know.

What should I expect at my first prenatal visit?

Your first appointment runs longer than the ones that follow. We'll go over your health history, do a physical exam, run baseline bloodwork, and typically get your first ultrasound to confirm your due date. It's also a good time to bring any questions you have, nothing is too small to ask.

What is NIPT, and what does it stand for?

NIPT stands for non-invasive prenatal testing. It's a blood test that can screen for certain chromosomal conditions early in pregnancy, without any risk to you or your baby. Your provider can help you decide if it's a good option for your pregnancy.
