You can expect a warm and friendly greeting when you arrive. Our caring staff will make sure your visit is as comfortable as possible. In order to serve you better, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We will be glad to fax or mail these forms to you in advance. We ask that you come prepared with your insurance cards and previous records. These records can be transferred from another provider with the assistance of our staff upon request. Our staff can assist you with upcoming appointments, office administration, insurance claims, and medical records. Our diligence and dedication frees you up to focus on the lifestyle you seek. Prescriptions

Prescriptions and refills for established Mid-South OBGYN patients are routinely prescribed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm.

Your comfort and convenience is important to us, so we will gladly refill most medications until your next scheduled visit. In order to expedite the process, please have your pharmacy number available at the time of your call. Unfortunately, refills are not issued during evenings, weekends, or holidays, as access to medical records is unavailable at these times. It is helpful to anticipateyour refill needs to avoid any interruption to your medication therapy.
